Grammar note

“Die Tante” is feminine. The plural is “die Tanten”, with no change in the word. Informally you can say “Tantchen”.

Common mistake

Don't confuse “Tante” (aunt) with “Tanz” (dance). The letters are close, but the meaning is completely different.
