Account data: if you create an account, we store your email address and a hashed password. We never store passwords in readable form.

Learning data: your lesson progress, XP, streaks, and vocabulary review history are stored to power your dashboard and spaced-repetition system.

Usage data: basic, aggregated analytics about which pages are visited, with no cross-site tracking.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking scripts.

We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

Payments for Premium subscriptions and individual lessons are processed by our payment provider (Paddle). Your full payment details are handled by them and never reach Spoklin's servers.

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Deleting your account removes your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g., invoices).

If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.

Spoklin's primary hosting may be outside your country; we use standard contractual safeguards for any transfer of personal data.

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. No consent-banner-required tracking cookies are used.

If this policy changes materially, we will notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
