Grammar note
“Unser” also takes “ein”-type endings, but because the stem itself ends in “-er”, some endings sound slightly clipped: “unsere Kinder” (not “unserere”) — the “e” of the stem is dropped before an “-e” ending, a small spelling simplification.
Common mistake
Don't double up the “-er”/“-e” endings — it's “unsere Kinder”, not “unsererer Kinder” or “unsere Kinder” written with an extra syllable.
